Johnny and Marilyn Lloyd’s journey began in 1998 with their marriage, and their shared passion for fostering strong relationships led them to start MJ Lloyd Consulting LLC. Their dedication took root in 2008 when they joined the Leadership Team of a Marriage Ministry, where they developed impactful curriculums and hosted enriching retreats. These experiences deepened their resolve to empower couples, preparing them for long-term success through expert guidance and personalized strategies.

To further their impact, the Lloyds pursued rigorous training with a seasoned clinical psychologist, honing their skills and insights. Over the past 15 years, they have guided more than 170 couples through pre-marital and marital coaching, retreats, and workshops. Certified in SYMBIS and grounded in real-life experience, Johnny and Marilyn have built MJ Lloyd Consulting LLC into a trusted resource for couples seeking to grow and thrive together.
